What your body has been trying to tell you.

Hi, I’m Hedi Shah

We’ve been taught to worship the mind.

And it is costing us our wholeness.

We live in a system that puts the mind on a pedestal.

We’re told that:

“If we can just think better, focus harder, or raise our frequency, everything else will fall into place.”

But what most people call “mind” is really just the analytical brain, disconnected from the deeper, embodied Mind that lives in our breath, our bones, our emotions, and our intuition.

You're wired but drained.

Always on, but not here.

You push through the tension, meet the deadlines, hold it all together until you crash.

You say yes when you mean no, show up for everyone but feel like no one’s home inside.

I’ve been there too, pushing through workouts just to prove I was strong, silencing discomfort with a pep talk instead of listening to what my body was actually trying to say.

These are survival responses. And they often live in your body long before your mind catches up, if it ever does.

Much of new age spirituality and self-help invites you to focus on the light while your body is still in survival mode. When your body feels unsafe or shut down, the deeper Mind connected to truth remains out of reach.

‎You’re not in flow. You’re caught in a loop.

To get out of this loop, we need to bring the body back into the conversation.
