3x 90-minute sessions, once a week.
We start by understanding you. Your unique patterns, adaptations, and where your body is holding tension and limitation.
What we cover:
In-depth physical assessment: Examine every joint movement, overall movement patterns, and postural habits.
Breathing and survival patterns: Understand how your breath reflects and reinforces your adaptations, plus basics of diaphragmatic breathing.
Conditioning assessment: Discover how your posture has adapted to family, culture, and systemic influences.
Your baseline and archetype: Understand your postural archetype and establish a new position of neutrality.
Daily practice: Begin a personalized daily practice based on your assessment.

7x 75-minute sessions, once a week.
This is where the real work happens. A co-creation process where each session unfolds based on your progress.
What we cover:
Posture work and mindfulness practices: In-depth movement instruction combined with mindfulness to help you fully integrate postural change both mentally and physically.
Daily exercises: Personalized practices to continue your progress between sessions.
Ongoing adjustments: We adapt based on what your body reveals, not a fixed protocol.

3x 60-minute sessions, every other week + 1 re-assessment
Now we build functional strength that reinforces your new patterns.
What we cover:
Posture-focused strength training: Introduce weights and resistance training to continue improving your posture while building functional strength.
Re-assessment and next steps: See how far you’ve come and create a plan to maintain your transformation.

Live unconditioned.
Most approaches focus on either the physical body OR the nervous system and mindfulness. The Unconditioning Path integrates both. We address how your patterns are shaped by your nervous system, breath, and conditioning, not just strengthen weak muscles or stretch tight ones. This is why the results last.
For Phases 1 and 2, most clients only need comfortable clothes and space to move. In Phase 3, we’ll introduce weights and resistance training, but we’ll discuss equipment needs based on what you have access to.
Perfect. We start exactly where you are. The mindfulness practices are woven into the physical work, making them accessible and immediately applicable to your body’s transformation.
All sessions are conducted online. Over the years, I’ve developed what clients call an “eagle-eye” approach. A highly sensitive ability to observe subtle movement patterns, postural shifts, and compensations through the screen. This allows me to provide an in-depth assessment and personalized guidance similar to if we were in the same room. Many clients are surprised by how effective and transformative online sessions can be.
