My name is Hedieh (هدیه), pronounced Heh-dee-eh.

I don’t just teach movement and mindfulness.

I teach changemakers to uncondition their bodies, nervous systems, and voices from systems built to keep them small so they can move, speak, and lead with sovereign power.

I deeply value freedom. Freedom of choice, expression, and being.

As an Iranian-Canadian woman who grew up witnessing systemic oppression and felt the weight of it in my body for years, I know firsthand what it means to live in a world that tries to mold you into someone you’re not.

If you value sovereignty, you’re in the right place.

This Work is Rooted in Truth, Not Trends.

For nearly a decade, I’ve helped individuals and Silicon Valley professionals stay resiliently human in systems designed to reduce them to high-functioning robots.

Before this, I worked in sustainable community development, urban planning, and design, currently bridging inner well-being with climate consciousness, sustainability, and regenerative living.

Now, I serve clients globally through:
✅ In-person & virtual well-being workshops
✅ Speaking engagements
✅ 1:1/group sessions for posture, voice, and embodiment

I now live in Cumbria, UK, by the Irish Sea. You’ll often find me dancing, writing, immersed in nature, or exploring sustainable fashion and design.
