I came to Hedi after working from home during COVID-19 and having done little exercise of any kind for months. I am not an athlete nor ever expect to be but what I truly wanted was to feel stronger, end my reliance of crutches to treat shoulder, neck and foot pain and move my body toward a healthy and stronger state. Hedi has patiently guided me to having confidence in developing strength and confidence in what my body can do. She customizes my routine to work toward strengthening my weaker areas in a way that challenges but doesn't discourage me. I'm so grateful for the progress I've made and enjoy every session. Before her personal training, I was experiencing daily discomfort from Lupus and a slow meniscus tear recovery.
