The truth is:

 

I was a personal trainer and a physiotherapist assistant while I was going through intense pain in my neck, foot and shoulders after a car accident.

 

After a couple of years of physical therapy, I still had massive setbacks and pain every time I strength trained, no matter how much I tried with rehab exercises, stretching and foam rolling.

 

In 2020,

 

I made it my mission to find answers, I worked with many well-known practitioners and coaches in active rehab and strength training space and took as many courses I could find on similar matters.

It all came down to three things:

posture, joint health and nervous system regulation.

 

I declared to myself when I found the answer I would share the knowledge with as many people as I can

 

And today this is why The Hidden Strength Program is born.

 

For me, healing and true strength didn’t happen by just focusing on muscle gain and strength training it happened when I prioritized my nervous system regulation, postural alignment, and joint health.
