Is this therapy, physical therapy, or medical care?

No. This work is educational and coaching-based. It can be deeply supportive, but it’s not a replacement for medical care, mental health therapy, or physical therapy. If you’re dealing with acute injury, complex symptoms, or anything that needs medical attention, I’ll encourage you to work with the appropriate licensed provider alongside this work.

No. You don’t need a baseline level of flexibility, strength, or mindfulness experience. We start where you are and adapt the work to your capacity, history, and goals.

Live experiences can be virtual or in-person (depending on needs and location).

If you’re unsure, reach out, and I’ll point you to the best fit.

Choose the offer you’re interested in and follow the booking link. If you’re booking a live experience for an organization/event, you’ll inquire first so we can confirm goals, format, and scheduling.

If you have a specific date (especially for events), earlier is always better. For live experiences, 4–6 weeks is a good guideline to allow for planning and customization.

Yes. Live experiences can work well for intimate groups and large events. These aren’t passive talks. Participants are guided through practices, movement, and reflection.
